1. The dates for the 2020 BAT Tour will be Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4, 2020.

Official hours will be 11am-5 pm each day.

2. To be eligible for the Early Bird offer you must submit an entry form and fee by May 15. There is a discounted fee for past participants ($155) and for newcomers to the tour ($175).

After May 15 (final deadline June 26) everyone pays $200.

3. New this year we are using an online form for entries this year. You can use a computer, your tablet, or even your phone to complete the form. There are two options for payment this year: cheque or e-transfer.

4. All participants will receive an electronic receipt for payment sent to your email address after the final registration date.

COVID-19 Provision: In the event that BAT 20 is postponed, we will e-mail you to advise and offer you the opportunity to retain the fee to the postponed date, or return the fee. If the Event is Cancelled for 2020, all fees will be returned.
